Many years of experience in the corporate world, first as an Account Executive at a large advertising firm and thereafter as Marketing and Communications Manager in an affiliated arm of Nature Conservation stood me in good stead when I decided to start up the company in 2000.
All the experienced gained in strategic planning and direct marketing came in very handy when writing up the business plan for View-a-Home.co.za to ensure that, although a small company by most standards, we made an impact straight away and remain a company of note even after 9 years.
We work exclusively by referral and have a valuable database of clients whom we communicate with on a monthly basis, ensuring that they are kept up to date on movements in the property industry. Currently about 80% of our business is generated as a direct result of our referral business.
We have built up a network of reputable agencies over the years and share our mandates to ensure that our properties are sold within the shortest possible time and with the least disruption to our Sellers. Furthermore, we have associated ourselves with the best in the industry as far as conveyancers and bond originators are concerned to ensure that every transaction runs smoothly.
It is easy to lead a team who is as passionate about our industry as I am and strive to live up to our motto of ."the right house, at the right price, to the right buyer in the right location".
